If returning items, please note the following policy and procedures:
All returned goods must be accompanied by an original invoice – or a PayPal receipt / invoice.
Please contact us if you do not have an invoice and we will provide you with a return number.
Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Restocking fee will be waived if a shipping error / mistake was made by our company).
Items must be returned within 60 days of original purchase.
If located in the United States, returned goods must be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please do not return goods by UPS or FedEx as a brokerage / customs charge of $40 will be deducted from the refunded amount of your goods.

Please return your items to the original warehouse that shipped your parts (note you must phone prior to returning items or return will not be processed. Read details for each warehouse before calling)
